If you are a seller I will work with you to customize a marketing program to suit your needs, provide a free home inspection to identify potential concerns, offer at no charge a home-staging service, and will pre-qualify all buyers. 

If your a buyer I have a Buyer Advantage Program, a service I offer to my buyers that enables them to access the entire Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and all of its listings.  The program automatically selects the listings that match your criteria and emails all of the information directly to you on a continuing basis.  All you have to do is contact me. 

Originally from South Florida I am a former educator with a specialist degree in School Psychology and I am fluent in English and Spanish.  I now call Tallahassee home and live with my husband and two Jack Russells.
